Tray-Erector WT-Series Trays and cartons accurately formed, produced repeatedly with the same constant precision. This is the wish of every tray and carton user. If a high output can be achieved still maintaining this optimal quality, so much the better. These are exactly the requirements that were considered as a priority in the development of the Schäfer & Flottmann tray erector. The continuation of these high standards is our main concern. Consequently, only servo drives or mechanically cam driven movements are used in the machines. The machine design is completed by a stable frame which remains steady even at high machine speeds. With both the WT series tray erector, operating with a forming matrix, and the carton erector, using the long-proven principle of folding the carton around a tool, the quality of both of these series satisfies the most demanding requirements. The ever-increasing demand for more flexibility has also acted here as a motor for the further development of these series. Erecting machines for trays with different base surfaces and several heights are now considered as standard equipment. This is also the case for divisible trays, with 8 stacking corners.
